Lineage Provisions is the animal-based snack and pantry brand co-founded by Dr. Paul Saladino, MD, and Dr. Anthony Gustin, DC. The Lineage Protein Bar

This is the product most people search for, and the one I've reviewed in depth. Each bar has about 20g of grass-fed whey concentrate and collagen protein in roughly 175-220 calories depending on flavor, sweetened with raw honey and organic coconut nectar, with grass-fed beef tallow as the fat instead of seed oils. No sugar alcohols, gums or fiber syrups. Texture is dense and fudgy, and they soften in heat.

Lineage beef sticks and air-dried steak

The beef sticks are 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef and come in the original recipe (beef with organ meat) or the Ancestral Recipe flavors (Garlic & Onion, Spicy Southwest, or a variety pack). Some reviewers find the original organ-meat recipe gamey, so if you're unsure, start with the variety pack. The air-dried steak is thin-sliced grass-fed beef air-dried with just organic apple cider vinegar and sea salt, sourced from regenerative farms in Australia, per Lineage.

Honestly, the beef sticks taste amazingly good. They're my favorite grab-and-go savory snack.

Lineage beef tallow

Lineage's tallow is rendered from grass-fed, grass-finished cattle and has a high smoke point (around 420°F), so it works for searing, roasting and air-fryer potatoes. Plenty of buyers also use it as a skin balm, though that's not what it's sold for.

Lineage raw organic honey

Lineage's 100% Raw Organic & Unfiltered Honey ($45 for 2 jars) is wild-harvested from remote hives in Mexico's Yucatán and is True Source Certified and organic, per Lineage. They say it's third-party tested for glyphosate and 450+ other contaminants, with undetectable results. It's raw, unfiltered and never heated above 103°F, so it can crystallize over time (that's normal; warm the jar gently). It's the same kind of sweetener used in the bars. Like all raw honey, it's not for babies under 1.

Is Lineage Provisions legit?

Yes, in the sense that matters: it's a real Shopify brand shipping from the US with a public help center, subscriptions and published testing claims.
